外交部：敦促加方立即釋放孟晚舟，讓她平安回國

中方對加方執(zhí)意推進對孟晚舟女士的所謂引渡司法程序表示強烈不滿和堅決反對，并已提出嚴正交涉。

中方在孟晚舟事件上的立場是明確的、堅定的。美加兩國濫用其雙邊引渡條約，對中國公民任意采取強制措施，是對中國公民合法權益的嚴重侵犯。這是一起嚴重的政治事件。我們再次敦促美方立即撤銷對孟晚舟女士的逮捕令和引渡請求，敦促加方立即釋放孟晚舟女士，讓她平安回到中國。

【環(huán)球網(wǎng)綜合報道】據(jù)外媒報道，加拿大司法部長當?shù)貢r間3月1日決定就孟晚舟案簽發(fā)授權進行令。對此，華為2日發(fā)布律師聲明稱，美國的指控是出于政治動機，在這種情況下，加拿大司法部長仍然決定簽發(fā)授權推進令，華為對此感到失望。孟女士沒有任何不當行為，美國對她的起訴與引渡是對司法程序的濫用。希望孟女士的合法權利在引渡過程中的司法階段能得到保護。

以下為華為《關于加拿大簽發(fā)授權推進令、啟動引渡程序的律師聲明》全文：

1、美國的指控是出于政治動機。美國總統(tǒng)曾多次表示，如果孟女士案有助于美國與中國達成貿(mào)易協(xié)議，他會對此案進行干預。在這種情況下，加拿大司法部長仍然決定簽發(fā)授權推進令，我們對此感到失望。

2、美國指控的行為在加拿大根本不構成犯罪。盡管如此，加拿大司法部長仍然同意簽發(fā)授權推進令，這完全不符合“雙重犯罪”的基本引渡原則。

3、孟女士沒有任何不當行為，美國對她的起訴與引渡是對司法程序的濫用。

4、希望孟女士的合法權利在引渡過程中的司法階段能得到保護。

1.We are disappointed that the Minister of Justice has decided to issue an Authority to Proceed in the face of the political nature of the U.S，charges and where the President of the United States has repeatedly stated that he would interfere in Ms.Meng's case if he thought it would assist the U.S negotiations with China over a trade deal.

2.We are also concerned that the Minister has approved an ATP in circumstances where the conduct alleged to be an offence in the U.S.would not be an offence in Canada. This is an affront to the foundational extradition principle of double criminality.

3.Our client maintains that she is innocent of any wrongdoing and that the U.S. prosecution and extradition constitutes an abuse of the processes of law.

4.Our client looks forward to having her rights vindicated in the judicial phase of the extradition process.

3月2日，中國駐加拿大使館發(fā)言人就加司法部就孟晚舟案簽發(fā)授權進行令發(fā)表談話。

中方對加拿大司法部就孟晚舟案簽發(fā)授權進行令表示強烈不滿和堅決反對。孟晚舟案不是一起簡單的司法案件，而是對一家中國高科技企業(yè)的政治迫害。后來的事態(tài)發(fā)展證明了這一點。加方盡管標榜“法治原則”、“司法獨立”，但并不能掩蓋其在孟晚舟案上犯下的錯誤。

從事件所呈現(xiàn)出的明顯的政治干預情況看，如果加方真的遵循法治原則、司法獨立，加方就應該按照加引渡法的有關條款，拒絕美方引渡請求，立即釋放孟晚舟女士。加法庭的最終審理結果將是對加方是否堅持司法獨立的試金石。我們將拭目以待。
